Description

 

EG-Z015W thermall conductive silicone grease is a grease-like silicone material, heavily filled with heat conductive metal oxides. This combination promotes high thermal conductivity, low bleed and high-temperature stability.

The compound resists changes in con-sistency at temperatures up to approxi-mately(-50℃~200℃). In doing so, it helps maintain a positive heat sink seal to improve heat transfer from the electrical/electronic device to the heat sink or chassis, thereby increasing overall efficiency of the device.

 

 

Application

 

  • Industrial electronic power amplifier tubes and fins between the contact surface: such as TV, DVD, CPU and power amplifier tube, playing the role of heat conduction
  • Microwave communications, microwave transmission equipment and dedicated power supply, regulated power supply and other microwave devices surface coating and overall potting
  • Electronic components, such as transistors, heat transfer, thermal sensor,computer fan etc. high power transistor (plastic seal pipe), diode and base material (aluminum, copper) contact gap heat transfer medium, rectifier and electrical thermal insulation material
  • High voltage corona, eliminating non combustible coatings and TV and similar applications for high voltage fly back transformer of the connection
  • The heating of various electronic, electrical equipment between the heater and the heat dissipation devices gap filling , improving the radiating effect
