Description

 

Terminal electrode paste for Chip inductor PG-XF3 are designed for the terminal electrode in multilayer ceramic chip capacitor / inductor. It is sintered to suit specific processes, and are used for terminal electrodes of passive components for surface mounting, such as resistors, MLCCs and inductors.

The major contents are Silver and Glass frit. It shows excellent conductivity and printability, and also strong adhesiveness to ceramic substrates. Rheology is also customized in customers' convenience.
