Description

 

LEED-INK produces a great variety of silver-based pastes for the sector of automotive glasses. Our products are used for the production of interior rear view mirrors, tempered-glass laminated windows and windshields for supplementary alarm, radio aerials and defrost systems.

Silver paste DT5574 is a 75% silver content environmental conductive silver paste which is specially designed for automotive glass defogging and defrost uses. It could be also applied on backlite application.

It is with high electrical conductivity, good adhesion, excellent welding strength, good oxidation resistance, and it is non-toxic up to European RoHS environmental regulation.

 

Applications

 

DT5574 silver paste is silver-based paste commonly employed on laminated glasses in order to produce heating electric circuits to defrost the areas of windshield wiper.

It forms the pattern on the automobile glass through the silk screen printing process. After drying and heating process, the metal silver conductive wire is formed on the automobile glass. When the power is electrified, the heat can be generated and the frost on the glass can be removed.

Feature Advantage

 

1. Strong adhesion, good welding strength

DT5570 is with excellent adhesion. The silver paste exhibit a minimum degree of silver migration stain into the glass, after being fired. There ‘s no loss of adhesion or continuity between the conductors and the backlite.

 

2. Good Acid Resistance

Put the sample soaked in 0.1N sulfuric acid solution(at room temperature) for at least 2 hours, remove the silver layer with adhesive tape and no Ag transfer, and the resistance drift is less than or equal to 8%.

 

3. Excellent anti-oxidation and anti-sulfide properties

Put the sample soaked in 400g ethanol plus 1g sulfur powder(elemental sulfur) solution for over 2 hours, the surface shall no significant change(yellow or black).

Q1:What’s your MOQ?
A: Mostly our MOQ is 1kg,while sometimes we accept less quantity like 200g on the condition that a sample charge is 100% paid.

Q2: Can I get a sample?
A: Yes, sample is available. If noble metal such as Ag, Pd included, and the material cost is already high, we do not offer free samples.

Q3: What payment terms is acceptable to you?
A: T/T, Western Union, Paypal, and L/C.

Q4: After an order is placed, when to delivery?
A: It depends on whether the products you buy has inventory. If we have inventory, generally we can arrange shipment after receipt of payment 2 to 3 days. If not, it will be decided by the time of the factory production and normally within 3-7 days.

Q5: How do you treat quality complaint?
A: First of all, our QC department will do strict examination of our export products in order to reduce the quality problem to near zero. If there is a real quality problem caused by us, we will undertake all the expense of replacement.
