High Conductivity Screen Printing Low Temperature Silver Paste for PET Film and ITO Film
Description
The product DT1201 is a high conductivity low temperature conductive silver paste for screen printing, specially designed for the PET film and ITO film substrate applications such as keyboard circuit, membrane switches, printing resistance& electric heating element, etc.
It has features of low sheet resistance, short drying time, excellent abrasion resistance and flexibility, good adhesion, etc.
Due to the stable electrical conductivity performance and strong adaptability, it becomes one of the most popular silver paste used in the applications which requires low temperature curing.
Application
The low temperature curing conductive silver paste refers to the silver paste with curing temperature of 100-200℃. DT1201 silver conductive paste is mainly used as conductive materials for applications such as membrane switches, membrane keyboards, flexible circuits, and printed electronics.
It can be printed on substrate of plastic or flexible plate, such as PC, PET, PVC, PU film, EL panel and ITO film.

Feature Advantage
1. Good printing properties
The paste is with proper viscosity, good thixotropy and levelling properties which enables excellent printing properties. After screen printing, the film is well-distributed, fine and smooth.
2. Low Sheet Resistance
The sheet resistance of DT1201 could reach below 70mohms/sq, and with the superior electrical conductivity properties, it is suitable for most membrane products and flexible substrate application.
3. Short-drying time
The drying time is suggested as 10min to 30min, and it can directly reduce the manufacturing cost for the customers. If the drying temperature is lower such as 120℃, longer the drying time, and if the drying temperature is higher such as 150℃, shorter the drying time accordingly.
4. Good adhesion
The silver paste DT1201 is with good adhesion. Stick the printing surface with 3M tape and then quickly vertically pulled off, no Ag transfer.
5. Environmental friendly, up to RoHS regulation
The low temperature silver paste contains no toxic materials and heavy metal ions such as lead, Cadmium, nickel, and it is environmental friendly and meet environmental standard of RoHS regulation.
