Green Color Good Insulation Overglaze Non Conductive Paste

 

for Thick Film Stainless Steel and Ceramic

 

 

Description

 

FG5502 is a green color environmental friendly mesothermal overglaze paste designed as overlay or interbedded insulation. It is non-toxic element up to European RoHS environmental regulation (2002/95/EC), and has good compatibilities with various ceramic substrates.

Also, if a protective insulation is required for the heating element, the same dielectric paste that has been used to insulate the steel also could be chosen.

 

Application

 

The overglaze paste FG550X series including FG5502 could be screen printed on ceramics and stainless steel substrates for applications such as resistor networks, resistor plate, heating element, sensitivity element for protective insulation purposes.

It is dried at 125℃ and fired at 550-650℃ profile in a belt furnace with 12 minutes at peak temperature.

Feature Advantage

 

1. Excellent insulating resistance

The overglaze insulating paste FG5502 is with excellent insulating resistance and can be used as protective overglaze materials on the heating element.  

 

2. Strong adhesion

The overglaze insulating paste FG5502 is with strong adhesion. Place the heating plate on a round tube of 40mm diameter, and bend it at 90 degrees with uniform force, no crack on the dielectric layer of the stainless steel plate.

 

3. Smooth and fine surface

The fired dielectric surface is with uniform color, and flatness and smooth.

 

4. Environmental friendly, up to RoHS regulation

This overglaze dielectric paste contains no toxic materials and heavy metal ions such as lead, Cadmium, nickel, and it is environmental friendly and meet environmental standard of RoHS regulation.

 

5. Perfectly match with the resistor paste, dielectric paste and conductor paste

The overglaze paste is with good compatibility with resistor paste, dielectric paste and conductor paste. After fired, there is no bubbles, no obvious yellowing, and with smooth and dense surface. The resistance re-fired drift is within 5%.
