for Thick Film Substrate



JZ4301 is insulating dielectric paste for 430-type ferritic stainless steel and it has features of excellent insulating property, small distortion, strong adhesive force, good printing performance and non-toxic element up to European RoHS environmental regulation.

JZ4301 and DZ430XXXX series resistor paste are compatible perfectly with DT430X series conductor paste. They are key materials for thick film resistors and heaters on stainless steel.



Insulating dielectric paste JZ4301 can be screen-printed onto stainless steel and fired at 850℃ to produce a robust heating element that has high resistance to thermal shock. Such heating element have the advantage of higher processing and operating temperatures and have been used to make heaters by screen printing thick film resistive materials on the insulated areas.

Feature Advantage

The dielectric paste JZ4301 is with high breakdown voltage which is up to 2000 VAC/min (fired thickness >80μm, 25℃).

2. Low thermal expansion coefficient, small distortion

The thermal expansion coefficient of the dielectric insulating paste JZ4301 matches perfectly with the stainless steel plate.

3. Strong adhesion

The dielectric paste JZ4301 is with strong adhesion. Place the heating plate on a round tube of 40mm diameter, and bend it at 90 degrees with uniform force, no crack on the dielectric layer of the stainless steel plate.

4. Smooth and fine surface

The fired dielectric surface is with uniform color, and flatness and smooth.

5. Excellent printing characteristics

The paste is with proper viscosity, good thixotropy and levelling properties which enables excellent printing properties. After screen printing, the film is well-distributed, compact, clear and smooth.

6. Good process stability

The dielectric paste JZ4301 is fired at 850℃, and can endure several times of printing, drying and firing process without change.

7. Environmental friendly, up to RoHS regulation

This insulating dielectric paste contains no toxic materials and heavy metal ions such as lead, Cadmium, nickel, and it is environmental friendly and meet environmental standard of RoHS regulation.
