Description

 

 

LEED-INK high thermal conductive insulation silicone grease is a kind of oxide thermal conductive composite filler paste organic silicon material. It is well suitable for the thermal conduction and dissipation in the electronic components with certain temperature range(-50℃-250℃).

It has features of excellent hydrolysis stability, non-toxicity and chemical inertness. In addition, it is no corrosive material with good adhesivity.

Applications

 

The silicone grease is applied to the heat dissipation solution between the high heating elements and the cooling facilities interface in electrical and electronic equipment.

Using Method

 

The thermal conductive silicone grease could be used through brush coating, or silk screen printing.

 

 

Operating Temperature Range

 

The operating temperature range of the product is: -50℃~250℃

 

 

Delivery and Storage

 

During transportation and storage should protect against the tide and contamination. Containers may be stored in a cool dark, dry and stable environment at room temperature (between 5℃~30℃), with their lids tightly sealed. The shelf life of the paste is 12 months. The used material should be collected and sealed up alone. Don’t mix with other untapped material. Pay attention to prevent moisture and impurities infiltration.

 

 

Package

 

The normal package is 1KG/Plastic jar, or 2KGS/Plastic can. It could be customized according to customers’ requirement.
