Description

 

DT550X series is a high-temperature sintered conductor paste. It is non-toxic element up to European RoHS environmental regulation (2002/95/EC). It is designed on alumina ceramic, quartz glass substrate, chip component, consumed hybrid integrated thick film circuit, heating element and household appliances.

Printing

 

Printing should be carried out in a clean, well-ventilated area, which with cleanliness of no less than 100 thousand grade. It should be guarantee that the printing room temperature remains 25±1℃ during printing.

The paste should be stirred fully before printing.

If take out from cold closet, the product should be placed in printing room till it returned to room temperature before use.

If thinner added, it is essential to fully stir the paste for ensure the performance.

 

Drying Condition

 

The peak temperature of drying is 120~150℃, keep 8~10min.

 

Firing Condition

 

Firing temperature 550℃, peak temperature time:10~12min.

The firing process includes:

200℃-300℃: Evaporation and sintering of organic solvent and resin

300℃-500℃: Fully sintered of resin

500℃-550℃: Binding phase soften; the silver layer sintered density

 

Compatibility

 

LEED-INK silver paste DT550X Series has good compatibility with resistor paste, dielectric paste.
