Thick Film Stainless Steel Resistor Paste

 

DZ430XXXX Series

 

 

Description

 

DZ430XXXX series are low sheet resistor paste designed for heating elements on stainless steel substrate. The first two XX multiplied by 10 is resistivity with unit of mΩ/sq. The last two XX multiplied by 100 is TCR (the temperature coefficient of resistance) with the unit of ppm/℃. The resistivity of DZ430XXXX ranges from 50mΩ/sq to 500mΩ/sq while TCR ranges from 300ppm/℃ to 3300ppm/℃. Intermediate resistivity may be obtained by lending the two members of a TCR group.

 

Substrates

 

It can be printed on heating elements on stainless steel, and alumina ceramic substrate for making thick film circuit.

Notice of Usage

 

Paste Preparation

 

Printing should be carried out in a clean, well-ventilated area, which with cleanliness of no less than 100 thousand grade. The paste should be stirred fully before printing. If take out from cold closet, the product should be placed in printing room till it returned to room temperature before use. If thinner added, it is essential to fully stir the paste for ensure the performance.

 

Printing

 

Printing should be carried out in a clean, well-ventilated area. It should be guarantee that the printing room temperature remains 25±2℃ during printing. The paste should be stirred fully before printing. When printing, the operator should keep the screen mesh clean and dry.

 

Thinner

 

The paste composition is optimized for screen printing and thinner is not normally required.

Use the LEED-INK recommended thinner for slight adjustments to viscosity or to replace evaporation losses. If thinner added, please fully stir the paste to ensure the performance.

 

Compatibility

 

LEED-INK resistor paste DZ430XXXX series has good compatibilities with LEED-INK dielectric paste JZ430X series and conductor paste DT430X series.
